What should I clean this with? - epsom salt alcohol
I cut my nose .. and I do not know what I clean with.
I do not know how to use hydrogen peroxide .. but I can with alcohol? Green or regularly drink alcohol?
I can not go into the store to buy something .. So is there anything at home that can be cleaned with?
I have heard that sea salt .. Epsom salts do?
I need some .. Any home remedies?

Sea salt is usually more common space espessially belly button piercing. It would be a little difficult with a punch in the nose.
When I pierced my nose, I can not use anything, and again, the PIN entered and left him for a while.

You should clean with a product called BACTINE found at your local pharmacy and is inexpensive.
I know because I had my nose pierced professionally and that is what I suggested, with clean and it works great.
